تعرضت سيدة سعودية للتوقيف من قبل ضابط أمن إثر لجوئها لمركز الشرطة لحمايتها من عنف أسري قد تعرضت له بعد منتصف ليلة البارحة.
وفي التفاصيل , فقد تعرضت الدكتورة نوره سعد "في العقد الرابع من العمر" لعنف أسري من قبل أخيها الذي يصغرها بسنوات كثيرة , حيث قام بضربها وطردها خارج منزل والدها بعد منتصف ليلة الأربعاء.
ولجأت نوره إلى شرطة العزيزية في مكة المكرمة لتطلب الحماية من أخيها بعدما طردها من المنزل , ولكن ضابط الشرطة والذي يدعى "عاطف بن حسين الطوخي " رفض تسجيل دعواها وأبقاها موقوفة , وتواصل مع أخيها المعتدي حيث حضر للمركز ومعه والدته التي بدورها اتهمت نوره بالعقوق.
الطوخي سجل دعوى المعتدي ووالدته ولم يسجل دعوى نوره , وبعد محاولة الاستنجاد بالحقوقيين عبر جوالها , تم إيقاف نوره وسحب جوالها.
وقالت الناشطة الحقوقية سعاد الشمري على صفحتها في تويتر:"الأشراف الأحرار نحتاج عملية إنقاذ سريعة لدكتورة نوره سعد في شرطة العزيزيه مكة المكرمة , موقوفة لأنها لجأت للشرطة على خلفية اعتداء وقضايا سابقة من أخيها" وأضافت:"الضابط عاطف بن حسين الطوخي لم يسجل بلاغها وهمشها واتصل على أخيها وأحضر والدتها التي اتهمتها بالعقوق وسجل دعواهم ومصمم على ألا يسجل دعواها" , ووصفت الشمري حالة نوره عند سحب الجوال منها بقولها "الآن بصوت كله صراخ وصراع وإهانات الضابط سحب الجوال من يدها " وأكدت أن نوره هي من تصرف على البيت وأن أخيها كرر الاعتداء عليها , وختمت الشمري تصريحها بقولها: "آخر كلمة نطقتها دكتورة نوره في الجوال كانت" الحقيني ياسعاد لاتخلوني ".
كما أكدت الإعلامية خلود الفهد بأنها تتابع قضية الدكتورة نوره وتواصلت معها شخصياً قبل أن يتم توقيفها وسحب الجوال منها , وقالت: "الإهانة في الإجراءات التعسفية التي اتخذت ضدها" , وأضافت:"عندما تطرد من منزلها بعد ضربها ويرفض استقبال بلاغها وتتعرض للإيقاف وتصرح هي برغبتها في نشر قضيتها لا يطلق علي موضوعها مشكلة عائلية".
في حين قال مسؤول حقوق الإنسان الأستاذ محمد المعدي عبر تويتر بأنه تواصل مع الضابط المسؤول وسأله عن السبب في اتخاذ مثل هذا الإجراء , فكان الجواب بأنها تعليمات من هيئة التحقيق والإدعاء العام , وأن عدم قبوله لدعوى الدكتورة يعود لكون هناك دعوى سابقة في هذا الشأن ,فيما أكد المعدي عبر تويتر أنه سيكون هناك مختص قانوني يتابع كافة اجراءتها.
وتم تخصيص "هاش تاق" خصيصاً لهذه الحادثة "#Drnoura " وسط تعاطف كبير جداً من مستخدمي تويتر , الذين شددوا على وجوب إقرار نظام ضد تعنيف المرأة وحمايتها للحد من ارتفاع حالات العنف.
الجدير بالذكر أن حالات العنف الأسري في المملكة بلغت 1115 حالة العام الماضي في أحدث إحصائية أعلنتها وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية .
